Prospero’s has been open since 1994. This modest 50 seat restaurant aims to offer the best culinary delights of Italy with a modern twist. The restaurant boasts alfresco dinning, a formal and casual dinning room and a separate function room with a bar. There is also a catering service that aims to provide the same quality of service that you would find in the restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, one of the more intimate restaurants in the strip. Service is good but food is average.

A great Italian restaurant in the "Eat Street" part of Parramatta's Church Street. A standard Italian menu with great wait staff. Certainly worth a visit. Like all the Eat Street restaurants sitting outside can be a bit noisy but it makes you feel cosmopolitan.
