This uniform shop is unfortunately unable to supply the one thing it shoud - uniforms! I shopped weeks ago for my son starting year 7 at MWSC and could only get a jacket and shorts. Shirts, PE top, PE shorts and school bag were all placed on backorder, with no defined timeline for delivery. I received the shirts and PE shorts just before school started after going in twice to chase up, otherwise I suspect I'd still be waiting. I am still waiting on a PE top and school bag. I have heard from many parents that I am not alone. Many kids starting year 7 at a school with a strict uniform policy will have been quite distraught this morning. The staff are run off their feet and appear to have no support from whatever system (or lack thereof) they have in place to ensure sufficent uniform items are in stock to meet demand. Forward planning cannot be that hard - they know how many kids are due to start school each year and should be able to predict volumes of uniforms in larger sizes required for older kids. Really very disappointing and unfortunate there is no alternative shopping option. Will be complaining to school president.
