So its that time of year again, I rang Pure Dry to come and clean my lounges, while they were here I asked the man if he had time to clean my tiles and my carpets as well.
What a fantastic job he did. As I have a rather large home, he spent almost have the day here, but you can see that he put in a lot of effort.
My whole house smells freshly cleaned and I am very happy with the service I received.
Looking forward to next time Pure Dry. -

I had my carpets cleaned again by these guys and I must say they don't disappoint. They are efficient and professional.
Richard came out and cleaned my bedrooms and lounge room, there was no mucking around he came in did the job and left. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I am really happy with the job and will continue to use this company. -

Very poor service. The staff only worked 10 minutes to finish 2 bedroom carpet cleaning. Also very expensive price. Please do NOT use it. I recommend to use another shop who has not only good service but also reasonable price. -

I have come to notice that not many people post things when there happy with a service but are quick to type when there is a problem
I've been using Pure Dry for a number of years now. Emmanuel comes out every 6 months and cleans my carpet and my lounges. I have never had a problem.
The only issue I have ever had would be when the weather was absolutely horrible and had to wait a couple of days for everything to dry, the smell was unbearable. I called the company and they just sent Emmanuel back to redeodorise the place, no mess no fuss.
Couldn't be any happier with this company. I have already sent there number out to all my friends.
Looking forward to our next clean.

It's been a year since I last used Pure Dry, but I received their VIP discount card in the mail and was so pleased last time I decided I'd give them another try.
They came out this time and cleaned my leather lounge and my bedrooms and they didn't disappoint.
I've saved their number in my phone, if anyone asks me for a carpet cleaner I'll definitely give them their number.
I'll see you again in a year Pure Dry.

I had my lounge room and hallway cleaned just before Christmas and was very impressed with the job.The cleaner called 25 minutes before to tell me he was on his way and arrived very happy and chirpy for 1st thing in the morning.He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough.

I had my tiles cleaned this morning by this company and what can I say, they look fantastic.
Yes my tiles aren't old and this is still a pretty new house but I still didn't expect such results. I paid a little extra for the carpets to be done as well and because I was getting so many things done they gave me a discount on anti bacterial treatment and a commercial clean.
Overall I'm thrilled with the outcome and I look forward to using their business again.
I've already recommended them to my friends and family. -

So I had my carpets cleaned a few days ago but couldn't be there to inspect the carpets when they had finished. When I got home from work I could see all the rooms looked fine except for my daughters room. I do understand that some of the stains wouldn't come out but I was still a little upset.
I rang head office and explained my situation to a young girl on the phone who explained that customer service was on the phone but would be calling me back.
A few hours later I received a phone call from a girl who said she had already contacted the technician and he explained that it was make up stains that had remained, they had tried to get it out the first time but if I wished they would come back and try again.
I appreciated the call and asked them to come back. They returned and re-cleaned the entire room, the stains are no longer there, the man said he used a stronger clean this time round.
I was very pleased with the final results of my carpets, as well as with the service I received.
I will definitely be using them again in the near future. -

I used Pure Dry carpet cleaning the first time I had my leather lounges cleaned and was very impressed by the standards that they use to measure their work. So I called them a week or so ago when I received their flier in the mail to book in for my carpets to be done. The girl that I spoke with was quite lovely. She explained everything to me, even told me that I would be receiving a discount as I am a VIP client. The fellas came out to my house, they did a quick walk through to see what they would be cleaning first and then got straight to it. They offered me extra services, I declined majority but I did have my carpets sanatised as it was healthier for my kids and I paid a little extra, it was worth it though.
My carpet looks fantastic now and I know that I will continue to use them. -

My six month old carpets (in a home of one adult weekdays and two adults weekends only) were filthy three weeks after PureDry cleaned them, worse than before cleaning. They quote on the phone then arrive and try to sell you more expensive procedures. If you dont buy the extras all they do is a quick shampoo that leaves the carpets wet and soggy for about 5 hours on a warm dry day. I tried to make a complaint to the company and they did not even let me complete my sentence, just argued with me from the moment I opened my mouth. When I repeated to the staff that I was mad with the job hen told me I was being rude and that staff didnt like to be talked to like that what can a person do!! I paid good money, got a bad job and the company does not even care enough to listen. Definitely a company to avoid -

Did my house, rudest people i have ever come across. Left stains on the carpet, did damaged to my frames and after cleaning the carpet he poured the water down my kitchen sink. Then to top off, he helped himself to a drink from my fridge. Rang to complain and the office staff were worse.-

This is my first and will be probably the last experience with PureDry. Came to clean our house in Sydenham 3037 VIC. Seemd to be in very hurry. I charged me industrial rates to clean my residential location but in return didn't provide the service as expected. didn't vaccum my carpet properly, didn't remove any stain, wasn't having any equipment and hence was using shoes to clean the carpet. I found very unprofessional. I tried to explain my concerns but didn't listen and went. I have tried calling up with puredry since couples of day but even they are not taking this complaint serious. I have sent them an email complaining this. I am thinking to report this to Consumer Affair Victoria and if required I may decide for VCAT.

I am disgusted by the way this company treats people. My grandfather tried to get his carpets cleaned and the so called "technician" became aggressive and tried to force him into agreeing to pay for the more expensive clean that was not asked for. then had the audacity to send a bill for work he claimed was completed (which in everyone's opinion was poorly done if at all).

I called Pure Dry Carpet Cleaning after seeing there add in the letterbox, they were very prompt in getting someone to come out to my home the next day. The gentleman came out and did a wonderful job on my carpets leaving them looking almost brand new again and smelling fresh. The staff were so professional, I will definately be using them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know. -

I have chosen this company to clean my carpets a few times and have been happy with each job. The most recent job I booked was carried out by a very professional and friendly individual, which was much appreciated during a time of moving house and having experienced a lot of bad service and product purchases. The only downfall I would point out is that the email quote was grossly under-valued to what the actual cost of the job turned out to be. In saying this however, I am very happy with the end result and extremely appreciative of the friendly and professional staff I encountered from beginning to end. -

I just had my 2 bedrooms cleaned by Pure Dry and I am pleased with the results yet again. I am a VIP customer of their's and they never cease to let me down. Everytime, I use them. I had a few stains on my carpets again, which I thought they wouldn't be able to remove and most of the stains have lightened dramatically. I will continue to tell my friend's and family to use this company. -

I had them to clean 2 properties (Moved in and moved out...). The first cleaning was really good ( I was really lucky for that one), but the second was TERRIBLE. For both cleanings, I got a quote but I ended up paying between $50 and $70 extra (the first time was fare but the second time was a compete overcharge).
When I complained about the second one and demanded to be refunded as the service was poor, I heard a few interesting facts:
1. "We can't refund you because the job was done". Doesn't matter the job was done BADLY and that's why I complained in the first place ....
2. Pure Dry don't really employ their technicians - EVERY TECHNICIAN IS A FREELANCE so it's completely up to him to demand a higher price than the original offer was.
Or in their words: "IF THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T CHARGE YOU EXTRA, IT'S ONLY BECAUSE HE WAS NICE"!!!
3. AFTER Pure Dry's CARPET CLEANING, you might have TO GO OVER YOUR HOUSE WITH A VACUUM CLEANER (!!!!) as I did. Actually, the technician helped me collecting the fluff he left behind. The few pieces he collected were eventually found on the lawn!!!!! (WHO DOES THAT????) -

I had my carpets cleaned again by Pure Dry and I am so pleased with the way the carpets have turned out. The carpet cleaner explained to me that there were some stains on my carpet that they could not remove and that they would try to clean it as much as they can, which was fine with me. My carpets look fantastic. I also got my 4 seater lounge cleaned with them and the lounge looks so good. I have recommended a few friends to them and will keep on recommending them. -

Indeed what a let down, i had my fabric lounge "cleaned" instead i was worse off. my lounge had additional stains including a green stain which i did not have before. To top it off the manager did not try to help instead blamed it on the me and wanted to charge me extra to come and have a look at their mistake. I would never go with them ever again and i highly recommend you do not go with this company. I am very upset and disappointed with the outcome. -

What a let down. After ordering a chemical clean- particularly to remove stains from old carpet. I expected a technician to assess our carpet (as the web site states) and then to go about the pure dry chemical clean protocol. What i received was quite different. Well, the 4 steps are non existant. Basically my "technician"rolled up the driveway with 1 machine, wet the carpets thoroughly (they were dry 56 hours later with the help of an air conditioner) and left them pretty much as they were before. Our house contents were outside for 2 days waiting for the carpet to dry, as it began to rain. So, instead of clean carpet we ended up with dirty carpet, wet carpet, stinky for at least 1 week carpet and a whole heap of wet furniture. When i called to ask them to try again all i got was" that is the best we can do". no thanks pure dry! -

Yet again I am pleased with the service provided by Pure Dry. I had my mattresses cleaned this time and my lounges and they both look great. The service was great as it was when I used them before and the technician's and lady over the phone were polite and professional. I wanted my carpet and lounge cleaned prior to the birth of my baby, my couch was steamed cleaned, which I was happy with, however the carpet cleaning was a different story. I had 2 very small rooms to be cleaned and a rug. The staff cleaned only around the furniture, although I was quoted they would move couch and coffee table, which the rug was under. I had to ask the staff if had cleaned the room fully and rug, which they said they hadn't moved the furniture, it was agreed then that they would clean those area's. When they left I checked and those areas and they were not cleaned! When I rang to complain it took 2 phone calls for the management to call me back a day later. The staff had said they cleaned the carpet and rug, left rug rolled up against the wall. My rug was not moved and is still dirty. Terrible customer service, I am still waiting for my agreed refund for room, but hasn't turned up. Do not use this business, they are rude and expensive!!-

I am so pleased with the work that Pure Dry completed at my property. When I booked in over the phone, I was treated with such respect and the person that booked me in was polite and when the carpet cleaner came to clean my carpets they were so polite and explained everything that they were going to do and the end result looks so good. From the first point of contact with Pure Dry, it was excellent!
I emailed them asking for a quotation, they emailed me back within minutes explaining the full process and costs involved. They then confirmed the booking via email and telephone..
They organised my clean right away for the next day.
The technicians called me upon arrival on the day of my clean, they explained the process to me again before cleaning. They were extremely polite and careful with the removal of my furniture.
They did an amazing job on my rugs, sofas and curtains. I was so happy with them i referred them to my work colleagues, family and friends.
Its about time i found a company that really delivers and cares about there customers.

I have just had my carpet & 3 rugs cleaned & Im am so happy with the job that was done,all the spill marks on the carpet are gone & it smells so clean & fresh & as for my rugs,one in particular that I thought was too far gone have ALL come up absolutely beautiful,I cant believe how clean the rug that was really bad looks now,I was going to replace it but theres no need to now.The guys that came to do the job were on time,very nice & really knew what they were talking about,they even gave me a good tip for what to do the next time something gets spilled on the carpet,really excellent service,totally worth the money & the lady in the office I spoke to when booking was also very nice.I will definately recommend this company to my Family & friends. -
