    Have been a client at Pyramidz for the past 7 years.
    The owner has managed to create a very relaxing atmosphere in place, where you can just go in and unwind, and get the treatment of your choice!
    I have been, & still am, a very happy customer!
    Great cutter, Great colourist!

    This shop would have so much potential: good location, loads of professional women and men around to take advantage of a good hair and nail studio. Unfortunately the opportunity to have a great business there is apparently lost on the management.

    As well as having extremely dated and lame decor (flashback to the 90'ies anyone?), the furniture as well as tools and accessories used for the treatments just look tired, old and slightly unhygienic.
    The same goes for the nail colours, there are literally no new colours and only shiny and glittery options,again a reminder of the 80ies and 90ies, are available.

    The manicure I had wasn't really a manicure. It was filing and then applying nail polish. No cuticle work, no cleaning, no massage, not even two coats of colour. All in all one of the worst manicures I've had.

    Add to that the slightly sourly service and you have a mix that really doesn't make you want to come back, ever.
