Chinese speaker. Came at the agreed time. Fixed the problem I called him for, plus a second problem once the first was resolved - even told me how to fix the second problem the next time it occurred (this did not involve doing anything that only an electrician should do). Cost was very reasonable. In contrast, last time the second problem cost $100 to fix and that electrician told me nothing.
