Rude and unprofessional - stay clear of this business people.
Like Ben2011 an appointment was made with Bumpertech and no one showed up. When I called the number they advised that the technician had showed up early but no-one was home. No phone call from the technician to say they would be early was made, told me to take my car to a panel beaters and hung up!! Honestly, this is not the type of business that I want to give me money to. Yes, I would rather go to a panel beater at least they know what service is, unlike this company.

My advice....go somewhere else people

  I sorry you felt that way. But the way we were spoken to on the phone by yourself was like someone we did not need to deal with . Our tech arrived 1 hr early. When we book people in it is an approx time . Due to weather traffic and any problems that we might encounter . . We did try to arrange another time for you but you were very upset so we ended our business with you .

As someone who has been in and around the smash industry for some time, it disapoints me to here coments like the one below. Having seen many old cars and their owners who believe their cars are in "Excellent Condition" is generally their own opinion, and are the people who tend to make the most fuss about them. The team down there have always been very friendly and accomodating, and go above and beyond what is generally required. People who live in Brisbane will also no that arriving on time in this place is quite difficult due to road works and traffic these days, whenever they have made a time with myself i have always received a phone call. The work they do is outstanding and the price is very reasonable.

Great business, Great people. Keep up the good work.

Late 2010 I called Bumpertech to have a repair done to the skirt on my car. I was given a time that a representative would be coming to my work place to quote. That time came and went with no one showing up. I called the number provided and was told that they had just plain forgotten.........
Giving the benefit of the doubt I called once again to have my car quoted on. A time of 1pm on the 5th July 2011 was booked. I was phoned to say that they were running behind and would be coming back to quote the next day at 1pm. With what seems like true Bumpertech fashion that time came and went with no phone call.
Looks like they just dont need the work.
Needless to say, i will not be phoning Bumbertech again.

  Again this is a free quote . I am sorry that we missed you twice. As we do about 30 quotes a day plus having seven vans working 6 days a week . I hope you got your problems solved . And again sorry we missed you and did not get a chance to do anything for you

I had a quote done in April 2011, and the work done on Tuesday 19 April 2011. Most of the dent came out but left a small indentation. The staff said he would get an associate to contact me immediately and remove the small indentation. Despite several phone calls to the mechanic and an email to the busisness, no one has bothered to call me or arrive to do the work.

  Yes Gary I am sorry to hear this . I remember the job . The dent was pointed out to you by the trades person doing the job as it was not very noticeable . We arrange a paintless dent removal person to take it out for you . I did not hear back about this . I am sorry this was not sorted .

I had a collision with a stone pillar in a tiny car park, and my new car's rear left hand corner was slightly dinted and scratched. Within in hour, it was all fixed - no dent, fresh paint. You couldn't tell that there'd been any damage at all. The car looked absolutely perfect. Ben did an amazing job for a surprisingly cheap price. I most definitely recommend Bumper Tech.
