    I have been to Quakers Hill Family Practise for more than two years .The doctors and nurse over there are good but recently with their newly appointed satff I had couple of bad experiences.
    Although I informed of my arrival prior to my appointment, i wasn't in line and waited for more than two hours just to get a referral letter.
    Yesterday, I left the clinic for unable to wait for an hour. they were little busy so asked me to wait then they said the delay is because no-one informed them about my arrival.
    I reckon, They needs a good training to improve their customer service skill!
