    WOW have these folks got great products or what! They even have a great can do attitude to go with it. They customised my case for my laptop, accessories & other bits & pieces that I trek all over the place with in all kinds of weather. Everything fits in so snug & secure I just love it! My photographer friend liked mine so much he got a custom case also.

    Queensland Protective Cases Team Members where VERY HONEST and HELPFUL. I had purchased a Case from another business and it fell apart on its 3rd outing 9 weeks later. Much to my upset that business informed me that my Protective Case WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR WHAT I WAS DOING WITH IT (putting in on Freight Providers)and Priced a NEW/Replacement Case for $690+GST. Being the Angry person I can be, I contacted Queensland Protective Cases on the 5/2/2009 and just wanted a price on a replacement case. I spoke to a lady(Kylie)who asked me for an explanation on what happened, what the items where that were being PROTECTED(I thought that unusual and MANY, MANY more questions). I was then asked to visit the website while on the phone to her and she guided me to some photos so that I was made aware of what she was explaining.

    At this point I realised that a case is not JUST A CASE, it is An Investment on the Protection of My Assets that I use for my Work (Camera & Video Images for Weddings,etc).
    I was able to email images of my ASSETS!, within their website, www.qldprocases.com.au, and 2 days later I received a Quote that took my breath away ($892+GST). It was more expensive then I had expected and would be 8 weeks Lead Time before even placing a Purchase Request. With this put aside for 3 days I then received a phone call from Queensland Protective Cases and was asked if I wished to Proceed with the Quote, I informed her of the price difference and was concerned about how much dollar difference there was between the 3 other Case businesses and theres.
    It then explained to me the differences Again Politely in Cases and I was given a few phone numbers to ring so that I could speak to someone that Already had Queensland Protective Cases cases to give me some reference.
    After speaking to my husband and he phoneing the references,we PROCEEDED with Queensland Protective Cases Quote. It became VERY CLEAR that the price($892+GST)was for AN INVESTMENT, not a case as before. The customers I phoned had there cases as long as 17 years and they are STILL DOING the job even with the cases traveling on Freight Providers around the World and Australia 3 days a week minimum.
    So my husband and I made the INVESTMENT 2 years ago know and I have had to send the Protective Case back to Queensland Protective Cases ONCE in that time for a RE-FIT on my Supplied Case to suit the NEW Camera LENSE I purchased with the money I saved on REPLACING the other Case 3 times if I had gone that way.

    So I refer anyone who WISHES TO PROTECT YOUR ASSETS, whatever they may be, to Contact Queensland Protective Cases in Brisbane, Queensland and let them GUIDE YOU, because this has change the way my husband and I spend money now, especialy in these times, costing less in the first place will cost you more in the long run. Don't compromise price on you assets, so why compromise the price on PROTECTING THEM.
    So thank you Darren & Kylie & Team Members for Protecting OUR MONEY as well as my assets, we will see you when my Camera Equipment is Advanced AGAIN for another Re-fit on the Original Case. It will be more money(an Investment!)well spent.
