looooove this cafe! By far the best coffee I have had on the Coast. I dont know if it's the organic-ness of the coffee or just the plain quality but it's delicious. And the cakes are all homemade, they are completely divine. It's a small shop, so not much seating but I'm from Melbourne and we know great coffee. Highly recommended! -

Quest, you saved my life! Moving up from interstate was hard enough, however once here, I quickly learnt that 'Big Brands' have taken over, and that public education is at an all-time low. Most people here don't know coffee from burnt toast, so I set out far and wide for a coffee shop/roaster that will rival ANYTHING that I can declare to be even adequate to what I'm used to. Being a 'Garage Roaster' myself, I know quality when I smell it, and my heart leapt when someone finally took the challenge, and set up shop in Burleigh Heads. Established in 2010, Quest Roasters produce some of the best roasted beans I have seen, with a good CITY to CITY+ consistency. Also the bean selection is immense, and I am never disappointed with your crema (although a few casuals have been a little disappointing at the job!). Nonetheless, I am never let-down when I visit, and am actually proud to wait in lines over 7 deep just to get my fix. The owners are great people, and have worked hard to perfect they're craft. Service with a smile and great snacks on the counter. I give you 9/10, and I plan to visit more often, as it is quite some distance from my home! Keep up the good work and I hope you turn a few heads! -

I was told about this little cafe by a local while spending the day at the beach,
and I must say I was impressed , the place is small , has a roaster and lovelly La Mazzoco machine . the girls behind the counter where friendly and the service was quick.the coffee was great and they have 4 types of (fresh roasted)coffee to choose from plus a mexican organic DeCaf if your not quite ready for the real stuff.:)

Great coffee here. Their knowledge of coffee and barista skills are excellent. I have tried several of their different beans and had a great cup each time. Columbian & Guatemala are my favourites. Great snacks here. The banana bread was very tasty. The owners roast the coffee beans in store and have excellent knowledge of coffee and provide sound advice for coffee drinkers in the store and coffee bean buyers for home brewers. Thoroughly recommend Quest as a great place for coffee to drink and beans to make your own coffee at home.
