My sister and I stayed at this place for two days when we went to visit family in the area. We were happy to book it at such short notice, considering a lot of other places were booked out. This place is serviced, but doesn't have a restaurant.

I booked a twin bedroom apartment for two nights. It was on the second floor and up a flight of stairs. There is a door to get into the apartment building, which locks at 10pm and will only open with a key card. As the recptionist will warn you, ensure you keep the key card away from your phone, as its magnetic strip could be wiped of information rendering it useless.

The room was modern looking and furnished with, two single beds (sheets and pillows), a bathroom (with hairdryer, soap, hair conditioner/shampoo, towels, toilet paper), semi-kitchen (stove top, microwave, mini fridge and freezer, kettle, cups, plates, bowls, grater, chopping board, cutlery, stiring spoon, flipper, washing liquid, and brush), table and two chairs, air-conditioner, desk, tv, dvd player, lamps, ipod docking station, ironing board, radio clock, safe, coat hangers and closet. There was also laundry service, breakfast packs, mini bar food and wifi connectivity (at extra cost).

The only thing they didn't stock was a pan, which I realised the next morning after I had bought food for breakfast at a store a short drive away around the corner. Unfortunately short on time I didn't see the reception desk to see if there was supposed to be one supplied and opted for breakfast at the Coffee Club, which was a short drive towards the airport and where there are lost of places to eat.

There seemed to be a coffee stain on both curtains, although the rest of the room appeared clean and immaculate. The shower was moderate in size and delivered hot water. During one of my showers the tap came off, but went easily back on. The air conditioner delivers cool and warm air. Our room was facing the street and its noise could be heard whenever loud cars / trucks went pass (which wasn't too often). I would recommend asking for rooms not facing the street for those who are light sleepers. The beds and pillows were comfy and I had no trouble sleeping. The accomodation has parking onsite, but this is limited. One night I had to park around the corner and walk back. However, I felt safe enough in the area to do so.

One night my sister and I had come back about 9pm to find our door wouldn't open with our key card. The desk was unmanned, even though the website said that it was supposed to be open till 10pm. Fortunately there is a maintanence guy onsite, who came straight down to assist. You just need to dial the number, listed on the reception door, on the speakerphone. He was apologetic and helpful. It turned out the door lock had broken and would need a new part, which couldn't be fixed on the spot. I'd like to thank the man next door, as there was a connecting door to our room, who gave the maintence guy access to open our door from the inside. Luckily we were leaving the next day and didn't need to go out and come back to our room.

When we did leave again there was no recptionist and we panicked thinking that if we didn't return our key card before checkout time we'd be charged another night. We couldn't slide it under the door, so we buzzed the maintanence guy, who was ever so obliging again. He let us know that there was a box that we could leave this in and the receptionist would pick this up when they did get in for the day.
