    i was told the turn-around for my simple, personal return would be 3 weeks at max. it was over 5. i was told by 3 different employees i would receive a tax return cheque made to cash, on pick up they refused to. i had to constantly call them to get my tax return and in the numerous instances i was told i would get a call back, they didn't. also, their services are overpriced ($160 for a personal return, was $90 in 2006) and they don't do reduced bulk fee for multi-year returns. they no longer have mine and my relative's business.
