My service as one of the old time licensed (Lic No 827) trade persons left within the industry who has kept up with modern building practices. Together we can combine the skills of earlier building design and the latest trends of modern building practice to complete what what you really want and can afford.

The practical details are, at trade cost to you with no builder profit margin will save you more than 1/3 of actual cost of your proposed new works. For example as an estimated cost of $30,000, all fees and charges including design, drafting, council costs - we can save at least $10,000 by smart design, at cost labour  /materials and no profit margin. As for inspections to assist you during the construction process, I will take many inspection of the works (other than the obligatory inspections by the Council Certifiers) should you feel the need and are concerned with any aspect of work you feel unfamiliar or uncertain about. This onsite inspection has a fee of $100 to cover travelling and overheads.
