I disagree with the review below about not waiting for your meal; I went on a Sunday afternoon at 1.30pm and was sitting waiting for about 40 minutes. I can't really blame them though, the place was full and it's an open kitchen, so I could see that the many kitchen staff were all very busy. Me and my sister ordered a ramen each, and were surprised that it would take that long; surely the stock should have been made already earlier in the day, and so all that should be required is cooking the noodles and preparing the toppings?
My soy ramen was average, a bit too salty. The gyoza (a set of five) lacked seasoning, so you'll have to double dip in the soy (which is watered down). My sister's tonkatsu ramen arrived about five minutes after my ramen, and she was very happy with hers. After having been to Ryo's in North Sydney, in comparing the stock it was mellower and less salty. The soy egg could be better, it seemed more merely plain boiled.
An all right meal, the Tonkatsu was definitely the stand out.

While the dishes served here are simple, most of them are delicious. My all-time favourite meal at this restaurant is the Katsu Curry. The ramen dishes are decent tasting and very large sizes for the price. The service is very quick, and you will never be left waiting long for your meal.

Great ramen, but highlight for me is the curry katsu and rice - a pork schnitzel and japanese curry on top of a generous serving of steaming rice. This place is always packed out because it is so good. Only downside is that there is generally a bit of a wait for food, but well worth the wait. Also has a good selection of snacks like gyozas etc...
