I help women who want to make sustainable change and are frustrated because they haven't been able to. How many times have you wanted to make change in your life like lose some weight, eat more healthily or give away smoking. Every time you try to make a change and fall back into old habits you feel more disheartened and create a cycle of try and fail over and over again.
There is so much information out there to help you to achieve whatever your goal may be - then how could you possibly fail? For me there are several questions that come:
Who is there to help you with blockages that arise?
Who is there to listen to your voice and what matters to you?
Who trusts that you have your own inner wisdom?
How can an approach of it will work for all actually be true?
Who considers the emotional connections to what you want to change?
Think of the last time you attempted to make a change in your life and ask yourself the questions above.
To make long lasting changes there are four things you need to have success:
First is to gain the understanding of what feeds your heart.
Second is to learn the skills and knowledge that will improve your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
Third you need to be aware that you really want to put in the effort needed to make changes and something deep inside is keeping you stuck.
Lastly is to find or use your spiritual alignment because this will nourish you more than anything. This doesn't mean you have to have a certain religion or faith. It means connecting with what it is for you that brings you joy and a sense of more than you. It could be being in nature, it could be going to church or it could be the work that you do. It is different for every individual.
I help you to make changes by facilitating the space for you to come to know what is true for you and I give you the tools to help you to be what you want to be.
