Was there on New years Eve. My friends and I were there from 10 and were keen to grab lunch when they started serving at 12.
We made sure we were first in line at 11.59am (because we had to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive the day before), but the lady taking the lunch orders told us to sit down, as a table of 16 had to be served first. She said she would take their order and then come over and take ours.
We waited for 20 minutes, and by this time the line to order lunch was huge. We went back up to the front of the line and the same lady told us "not to be rude" and to go to the back of the line.
My friends and I were so appalled we left. The lady was one of the rudest people I have ever met and my friends and I will never be back there.
Stay away if you like your food within an hour of ordering it and you prefer not to be treated awfully.
