DO NOT GO HERE!! I had the worst experience when I had my nails shellacked hair. the staff who did them crammed me into a corner and rolled her eyes at me if I didn't put my hand right, staff then put both coats on one after another without waiting for them to dry. When I asked if they going to remove a hair on my nail before painting over it she muttered under her breath 'I know what I'm doing alright'. My nails look terrible and started bubbling the next day because she painted way too thick. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place!

I should have known when I got an appointment straight away that this wasn't the place for a decent mani & pedi!!! They are unprofessional, rough, unclean and the conditions are sub-standard for their staff. They have crammed nail benches and 2 spa pedi chairs into a tiny space and expect their staff to comfortably work there. The staff filed off the shellac from my toes instead of soaking it off, they attempted to clip my toe nails with a not that clean set of clippers, a manicure consists of a quick 5 minute snip of cuticle and a quick buff . I asked twice about their polish products and was assured - "yes genuine shellac" but once I extracted the bottle from the staff hand a few coats later - they're using a generic Shellac "Made in China" - which has creased, bubbled & chipped 4 days later. I had to watch the time on the clock over my shoulder on the far wall whilst having one foot, one hand under the uv light...whilst the staff went out the back and talked....but then had the audacity to be rude to me about not changing hands!!!
There is nowhere to put your shoes or bag and customers have to sit elbow to elbow whilst drying their nails.
The only reason I will go back there is to show them my nails and ask them to refund or to remove the polish for free.
Stay posted - will let you know how I go! From my experience - don't bother going there. You'll regret it. :-(

They just don't seem to be very professional in anything they do. I have not been happy with my nails the last three times I have had them done there. Kept going back thinking if I got a different staff it would be better, but no such luck. Really bad job and will not be going back.
I have given them a go twice now for eyelash extensions and both times they have not been great. Uneven and do not look good at all. When you call them and ask for them to fixed they make excuses and will not fix them. Not recommended at all for eyelash extensions

I walked in and receive a satisfied service in the shop. The employees are really friendly and professional, treat me really well and i got what i really wanted....the price is extremely reasonable and cheap compare to other shops in the shopping centre

Really bad job, filed way too low and left my nails sore and had to remove and grow out the big dints left in my nails. will never ever consider going there again.

  too many customers at one time, in very small shop, rushed job, cut my nails roughly and glued over the top of them, filed roughly, too thick, found it hard to pick up small items, no consultation with me as customer, they simply painted on my artwork without giving me choices, and told me silver glitter was better when i requested gold and they just did it silver. I'd look elsewhere.
