We rented from them for 18 months and had endless issues. They take no less than 48 hours to reply to emergency issues and their emergency contacts for services said they stopped working for Raine & Horne years ago. They constantly sent the wrong contractors to the wrong tenants which meant we had staff showing up for no reason all the time. Stay away.

Extremely rude and not very helpful. I don't think it is very professional to make jokes at the expense of prospective clients.
