    Made a booking for 14 people on a busy saturday night. It was an important family event, with relatives from England and New Zealand, and being their last night here we were all out to celebrate. 5 out of the 14 family members received their meals in good timing. However, the rest of our party, being 8 more family members, did not receive their meals. The 5 of us finished our meals and the rest of the family still did not have their food. We spoke to the waitress and she had no idea what had happened to the rest of the meals. They had somehow 'lost' half of the order and we told them not to worry about them anymore, as by this time it was 8.30 and we had arrived at 7. She went to get a superviser, first of all he refused to come outside and speak to us, my dad had to go inside and speak to him. He refused to give any discount, did not apologise once and not to mention the no eye contact whatsoever. He would only take off 2 bottles of wine. 4 had already been ordered along with plenty of entree's and other drinks. We all left the table and went to leave. The supervisor pushed my Aunty and my uncle stepped in to defend her by standing infront of her so the supervisor could not get passed. The supervisor then turned to my Uncle and said 'I will get you for asault'. The supervisor then pushed my cousin who is pregnant. My uncle tried to walk out of the building and the supervisor put his arm across the door and said 'You're not leaving'. The waitress then went and got management, who were less aggresive and rude but still would not give any discount nor an apology. So for the 5 meals we did receive. 4 bottles of wine; 2 discounted. Along with other drinks and starters, we still had to pay $480. The customer service was absoloutly disgusting. It was a family restaurant so there were plenty of other families and small children around. I would most certainly NOT recommend this restaurant.

    This restaurant is amazing.. although it can be a bit pricey. I had the BLT and it was divine. My partner had the slow roasted meat and it was fantastic. You can sit inside or outside in-front of the pond. You can feed the coy fish with pellets purchased at the restaurant. You can walk around the place and there is even a gift shop! The lady in there is very friendly and offers spiritual healings and Aura photos. It's a lovely place to take the family ecspecially in the warmer months.
