The medical staff are probably fine, but the system is hopeless. No appointments and despite the staff assuring us that we wouldn't have to wait long, we had to take our unhappy 19-month old home without seeing a medical staff after waiting for more than half an hour. Don't go here even if you're desperate.

Great doctors and staff are great but the waiting is ridiculous. We have been up there a few times lately and have had to wait around 1.5 hours.

Great opening hours but there should be more doctors on!

The chemist across the road is good but after the long wait they are often closed.

been going her for years and have to wait over a week to see the doctor we used to see all the time!

I can recommend this medical centre very highly- the staff are friendly, the doctors are very experienced and I've never had to wait long if I've made an appointment. Also it is very easy to park (there are two big carparks for the medical centre) so you never have to worry about getting a parking ticket, it is bulk-billed, open every day until late at night and there's a discount chemist directly opposite them. I find all these things make Ramsey Street Medical Centre an extremely convenient place to go when you' need to see a doctor

Each time i have been here i have had to wait over an hour and a half to see a doctor. This time i found out why.

The doctor i saw spent less than 2 minutes finding out what my symptoms were, and spent another 10 minutes telling me about their child's supposedly similar recent illness. Fortunately i sought a second opinion from a different practice and I received better diagnosis and treatment.

Would not recommend this center to anyone. Two bad experiences and when you complain in writing they do not even bother to contact you. Plenty of other good medical centres around.

If your children need stitching, go to RPA or childrens hospital, my son has a huge scar on his face because I made the bad mistake of taking him to Ramsay Street, Medical Center.

When you cut yourself, guess what? it leaves a scar! Maybe you should spend more time imparting integrity and honesty to your kids, than whinging about the FREE high quality medical services we get in this country.

The Ramsay Street Medical Centre provides fantastic fast services in a clean pleasant environment, and the staff have always been fabulous. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work in such a difficult industry.

Chatton - when you stitch a wound, guess what? The better the stiching the less scarring, ask any doctor. What does this have to do with teaching honesty and integrity to kids?

good medical centre especially for late night needs. We use it often for our kids as they always seem to get sick in the evenings. You can call ahead if you have small babies and they put you on the list so you don't wait long.
