    This course was run very well, having obtained my first aide certificate initially in 1996 I often find it a drag now to sit through it again and again as a refresher but Anne was able to keep my attention with this fast-paced fully interactive 1-day course. Further you can see she is an expert in the emergency medicine field by her examples and no nonsense approach - Highly recommended

    Well done Anne, I enjoyed the course, which was informative and interesting. You relate well with learners and encourage questioning and clarification of things that may be obvious and never make anyone feel that their question was "silly". You use practical demonstrations and real life scenarios to make a point and bring an accident or a situation into the classroom. Your professionalism shows, you know what you are teaching. I learned a lot and am more confident in applying first aid, although I hope that situation never comes.

    Anne, you would have to be the best instructor I have ever come across. You are very professional, friendly, clear and you made each area covered so much easier to understand than I had expected.

    Your knowledge just blew me away!

    I am so confident now than what I was before and know that when the time comes for me to use my skills learnt I have you to thank for this.

    I have learnt so much that even the lead up to the training has made me want to apply for a trainee paramedic position. I have already given 3 of your cards out this week and I only had my training 2 days ago!

    My experience throughout the training course was most enjoyable. Anne is a wonderful instructor who made me feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning, very helpful, friendly, and professional with each topic.
