These people cannot use a ruler. My piece of glass was 5mm wider than I specified. Luckily I have a glass cutter and was able to trim a bit off.

Rapid glass were able to fix my window that afternoon. However, the window repair was almost twice as expensive as a similar repair by one of their competitors about 6 months ago. Also the workmanship was below average. There are gaps in the trimming. After paying cash, the tradesman was reluctant to give me a receipt.
