Staff are extremely rude and unreliable. My car had a problem which they failed to rectify but they claimed that the problem had 2 parts and that they fixed one of the problems and tried to charged me for it. Complete nonsense as i took it to Ford Dealer and they not only fixed the problem without any hassle but confirmed that the problem was not what Rapid tune claimed it to be. Only went there as i bought a deal. Never again!!!!

Aewsome mechanics!!! Normally go to the dealership for my services, saved me heaps, car runs better than ever. Would recommend highly. Very helpfull guys and great value will be returning.

Unfortunately there is not a "0" star option. I took my car here about 8 months ago, because it was one of the closer mechanics to my area and they were giving out what 'seemed' to be a good coupon deal. But as they say, what seems to be too good to be true usually is. All i needed was a general service as the car was running perfectly...and I then encountered several problems with my car only a couple of weeks after the service, honestly a whole bunch of stuff that I won't bother going into right now. Will never go back.

The first thing, I must congratulate this franchise on the great work carried out by the front-of shop man - Julian. Friendly and helpful, Julian kept constant contact with me over the week Rapid Tune had my car constantly updating me on the work being carried out. My vehicle (a high performance import WRX) required a lot of (expensive) work, and Julian worked hard to find some inexpensive alternatives that helped keep the price down without compromising on safety or functionality. When finished, it really purred, and it was quite something for the Manager, senior mechanic and Julian all come out the front to see me start it up and drive it away.

Excellent work, value for money and friendly staff. What more can you ask for. Now my wife (who drives a standard Camry), is going to arrange for her services to be done there. Oh yes, they have a manual and an auto "loaner", which makes a big difference.

I had a decent mechanic already, although a little pricey, so when Rapid Tune came to my door with what seemed like a good deal, I took it. Biggest mistake ever! Only two weeks after my first service, my car overheated and started smoking and I had to have it towed back there, still had to pay hundreds to fix it. On the next occassion, I required a new horn for my car, which they said they would find for me. After weeks of calling, they never came good with that either. I only visited them three times to use up the coupon deal, then got outta there! Poor service EVER! I have sinced returned to a more reputable mechanic and whattaya know, been two years now - no problems at all!

The team at Rapid Tune are always helpful and keep in contact regularly when working on my car.

As I have an import, the repair and service prices can be a little bit higher. But Rapid Tune always endeavour to find that cheapest parts around.

The automotive service industry is well known for not be trustworthy but I can honestly say Rapid Tune is one business I can trust.
