    Today is 7-July 2014 ordered rashays chicken fettuccine and the creamy sauce was shocking thick uncooked !! Not happy at all.. It was a take away meal by the time I got home wasn't worth my petrol taking it back.. Seriously

    Rashays in Maquarie st Liverpool is a nightmare very slow service that's if you even get served without having to get up yourself and food there isn't good!

    went for dinner last nyt..monday 1st july....they run out of mud cake.....pathetic.....sticky date with a tiny sauce...when asked for more sauce 100% denied...wht a drama............very poor service...poor food............didnt enjoyed a bit...spoilt our family nyt

    I've been going to Rashays for two years now and am always impressed with their service. In fact, out of all the cafes and restaurants I've visited in Australia, Rashays has the best service. Great menu, quick service and exemplary staff. I've been to Rashays about 20 times and always leave impressed. Its my favourite cafe!

    Love the food at all Rashays restaurants. Their food is delicious and the plates are huge, you definately get your moneys worth. Workers are very friendly and always there when you need them.

    Having escaped the awkward Fright Night show we stopped in at Rashays to have a coffee and a chat. We figured having to wait 15 mins for a table that it was popular and must be pretty good. Hmmmm... The coffee was pretty average and took forever to come out. Probably won't be coming back the next time I'm in Liverpool

    I have previously enjoyed Rashays Hume Hwy, but recently the service was bad. The restaurant was empty, but we waited more than half an hour before our order was taken after hunting for a staff. The food took nearly an hour to arrive. The pizza machine was broken they told us, and they were out of chocolate for drinks. We asked 4 times for our alternative drinks which finally came after we were finished all our food. Dirty dishes and cups were lying all over the serving counters -it was filthy. Then they had the hide to add a Sunday service surcharge. I don't think I will ever go there again.

    I went to Rashays in Campbelltown on 1 May 2011 for a birthday lunch with a group of extended family. The decor was pleasant and the service was very attentive. The staff were very helpful to my elderly father-in-law who walks with a stick and my niece who had a baby in a pram.

    Unfortunately the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was overcooked to the extent that it was quite tough, especially on the outside. It was hard to cut and the sauce was so salty it was almost inedible. The broccolli had clearly not been washed because it had grit/sand in it. The first bite of broccolli was crunchy with grit and I had to leave the rest of it on the side of my plate, which was disappointing because it's my favourite vegetable. When my plate was cleared away with most of the food remaining on it, the waitress failed to ask me if there was anything wrong with the food. I don't like coming across as a whinger but at the same time when you're paying for food you do expect to be able to eat it. Restaurants should ask for feedback because they need to know why customers don't come back. I will certainly never go there again despite the good service.

    I order chicken a lot, and from time to time I come across overcooked chicken at restaurants. I know it's easy to overcook chicken, so it's something that chefs need to be aware of. It really shouldn't be hard or tough when it comes to the table.
