    Rented off these guys for a while, never had any problems. We asked, and they moved us from an upstairs to a downstairs flat after our first lease expired - it was available and was no bother.

    Ray White Dulwich Hill have been managing my apartment block for many years now and I've always found them to be very responsive. There are very few strata managers who I've come across who are as willing to deal with issues out of hours as they arise. They have really helped improve the quality of the building common areas and ensure we have a long term plan in place for building maintenance and improvement.

    Renting within the inner Suburbs of Sydney is tricky, due to the high demand and competition from other potential residents. The Dulwich Hill Ray White team acted quickly to process my application and, by taking the time to personally inspect several properties, lowered the stress of finding a suitable rental property. The manager of the property knew the other tenants reasonably well and was able to confirm that I would be living near a decent bunch of friendly neighbours. During the tenancy, inspections of the property were trouble free and the final termination of contract was fine also. The only deficit on the bond was a small fee for steam cleaning, which I had not done before departure; on account of a migraine which lasted 3 days and 4 nights.

    A nightmare to deal with. Very Unprofessional. Took them 3 months to get my name on the lease, after weekly phone calls from me asking them when it would be done. Every time I went into the office to enquire about it, there was no progress made. Caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Property Manager didn't even come file a condition report with us. Would rather stick pins in my eyes than deal with these people again.

    Great Agency, Great service! The staff were very helpful and took time out of their day on short notice to show me properties which lead to me leasing a property off them. I strongly recommend them!

      They are a fantastic agency, not sure why they gave such a harsh review below this comment, when i went in there they all jumped up to assist me in finding a rental property, i would choose this agency to lease from again in the future and highly recommend them.

    If you can avoid using thisthem, do so at all costs. I leased a rental property off them, then moved out and still have not gotten my bond back after the legal 14 days. They are rude and unprofessional. They also hung up on me as I was speaking after I told them I was going to the rent tribunal. Severely DO NOT RECOMMEND them.
