we engaged RBV builders to preform a major extension to the rear of our home. the process was effortless and the entire team a pleasure to work with.
rod verduci (principle) was most professional and demonstrated a sound knowledge on all aspects of our building experience. if you are intrested in a high quality builder with experience in architect designed projects i would recommend RBV Builders.

My advice would be not to deal with this builder nor any of his supervisors.

My experience in dealing with this builder was that the licence holder refused to honour the building contract with regard to program, site supervision, management of sub-contractors, quality of materials, construction details and the correct lodging of variations to claims for payment.

My experience with this builder involved six court cases and a court order for him to do work that were not completed. He does not appear to have the ability to accept his own personal responsibility to execute a building contract but would rather blame his subcontractors and intimidate his clients.

  this is the first time in our 20 years of building that such a negative review is published. should you want the truth i recommend that you contact the builders licencing board and request a builder profile.we have had many of our projects featured in the Domain, to which our clients have recommended for publication.
