    I ordered flowers which never arrived. Followed up with the company and spoke to an overseas "call centre". They said they would get back to me and they never did.
    I opened up a paypal transaction dispute and finally had someone look into my order. First they stated the florist had delivered the flowers "successfully". Then they contacted me again and admitted the order was never done, hopefully i will recieve my money back this week almost 2 months after my initial dealing with this company.
    This is a not a good company and in future I will order from reliable florists!!!

    I have ordered a lot of flowers online in my time. I tried a new vendor called READY FLOWERS and I have had the WORST experience with them. First, despite requesting your phone number numerous times during the booking process the NEVER call to let you know that your special request could not be accommodated and not only that, deliver the flowers 10 hours after the requested time. The flowers the eventually were delivered at 8pm that night were not what was shown on the website. The bunch of flowers were TINY and that was even after I was promised an upgrade. Their delivery fees are high. I would NOT RECOMMEND using this service. They have no idea what good customer service is and will basically tell you that once they have taken your money.

    I love using Ready Flowers! Fast efficient service and beautiful arrangements every time. I really like to order the Glamorous bouquet for my Mother who is sick and often in hospital. I love seeing the smile on her face when she smells the fresh aroma and enjoys the colourful flowers. Thank you Ready Flowers!

    Every time I have utilised Ready Flowers services my customer experience has been outstanding and the quality of the flowers delivered to the recipients were of the highest quality.

    I have had several people ring to tell me how nice they were! I love using Ready Flowers!

    I too would not recommend this company. I ordered some sympathy flowers for some family friends who lost their father. The flowers were delivered to the family, however the spelling and grammar on the card were appalling! My friends names were spelt incorrectly or in lower case, no full stops or commas were used and sentences ran into each other. When I attempted to order the flowers online the purchase did not go through, so I ordered the flowers via the telephone. The person I spoke sent a confirmation of the order via email which included what information was to be written on the card. When I noticed the spelling and grammar mistakes I emailed the company right away (within 10 minutes of receiving my email from Ready Flowers) specifying the changes I required, however the changes were not made. I rang the company after the delivery was made and queried why they did not make the changes, or respond to my email. I was informed they have a 24 hour response time for emails. This was not stipulated in their confirmation email, otherwise I would have phoned them to request the changes be made.

    Needless to say, I will not be using Ready Flower or recommending them to anyone I know.

    I am very dissapointed with this service. it was a complete waste of my time and money and i personally wouldnt reccomend this business to anyone i know. They didnt show up on time and the person i had them for had already left,this was after numerous phone calls enquiring about my order. they finally arrived at 5:15pm on friday afternoon,the flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website and i would strongly advise not using this service
