Had takeaway dinner from Red Basil last night... and it was horrible! Couldn't eat it. Not to mention the customer service.

I have been here twice, and both times found the customer service to be very bad. The staff were never polite and seem very unhappy and annoyed if you ask about adding or removing any ingredients. It is frustrating when trying to find out what is in some of the dishes they serve if you feel like you are burdening the business. The food was good the first time but the second time the order was incorrect the management did not want to hear about it. I would not recommend this place at all!
