We have not been to the Red Rooster for a while but over the past 3 months we have been impressed,. Now that it is franchised and privately owned the quality and service has greatly improved. Staff freiendly and ther is a difference. If you have not been for a while well worth the visit.
What can you say about one Red Rooster that doesn't apply to all of them? Quite a lot actually - Red Roosters tend to vary significantly between them (obviously some quality control issues). This one often has a very slow drive thru & the microphone-speaker system seems to fail far too often. There also seems to be a consistency issue at this store such that we always check what they give us in the bag before we leave as they often make mistakes. Having said all of that - the food quality at this store is good.
Service is extremely poor. On several occasions, we have been given the wrong food in our order. Staff have tried to charge me wrong prices (they don't seem to know what costs what). Staff have even given me the wrong change, and then refused to rectify it "because the til is closed"! There are other Red Roosters in close proximity to this one - your best bet is to drive to one of them!
