Do not go to Daylesford/Hepburn Springs without having a meal here! The atmosphere is quirky and relaxed - truly like a home away from home. The food is generous, fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and down to earth. I have never had a bad experience at the Red Star and neither has any of my friends or family.
