I don't normally write revues of places, but I feel this time is necessary. I had an appointment with the superclinic today (new years day). The staff asked me to fill out a form then come back to the counter. Filled out the form and went back, the staff were having a chat with someone standing behind the counter and ignored me. When I eventually saw the dr was incredibly rude to me and told me that couldn't help me today and that I would need to
make an appointment for
tomorrow. Before I could say anything turned back to the computer and wouldn't say
anything else to me. I went to make an appointment for tomorrow, the staff were having a chat about their
new years eve events. I was ignored for a whole minute before I tries to speak. When I did, one staff held hand up signaling for me to wait, then carried on with conversation. Needless to say I went to walk out. The staff then called after me. "you didn't need anything else did you?" I pointed out that I had needed to make an appointment but didn't want to interrupt. Then left. This kind of customer service is bad. I wouldn't waste my time going there again.
