    I had my first Red Spot experience a few weekends ago when I hired a small car for three days from Brisbane airport. I have to say that the experience was effortless from the booking in Canberra, to the collection and return. The rates were excellent, the car was great and I, for one, will be a loyal customer! I am thrilled with the exceptional service, extra features (tolls, unlimited km, no excess insurance, prepaid fuel and great service!). I'm very impressed.

    Having recently hired a small vehicle from the Redspot office at Brisbane Domestic terminal I would recommend Redspot to anyone considering a hire car in the Brisbane area The car was clean and ready to go and the staff were friendly and professional. The rates are very competitive, much cheaper than other hire car companies that are located off the airport site and shuttle customers to near by suburbs. To be able to have the car straight from the terminal and to be able to drop it off there again was great.

    As an occasional renter I found the staff at the desk extremely helpful and loved that I knew exactly what the car would cost me because of the $0 excess rate available! They even told me that this was the only Australian owned company at the airport! I was impressed that my hard earned dollars were supporting our own economy instead of some multi national one!
