Im a business club member with Redspot and rent for around 40 + days a year, several months ago i changed from thrifty to Redspot and have stayed with red spot eversince.
On Wednesday of this week, Nov 9th, I was picking up a car from Hobart , I had a funds issue with insufficient funds which i was waiting on to hit my account. I offered cash but that would have meant i had to pay a security deposit which was an issue as my credit card had no funds.
I was being served by the regional manager, after i explained my problem to her re credit card funds she enquired if i would have the funds on the following day to which i replied yes, she then set up the booking so that i would be charged upon dropping the car at Launceston, It all worked perfectly , i got a car, Redspot got paid,
I wanted to show there professionalism and understanding , also a big thank you for showing me some respect as a business club member,
It saved me a lot of embarrassment and frustration.
