    They took money off my credit card without consulting or even informing me. I have never received such poor, rude and insulting service. Upon noticing that $600 had been taken off my card I called the manager at Melbourne to have the following said to me 'Prove you didnt damage the car... the money has been taken off your card, deal with it, there is nothing you can do. Stop blabbing to me'. An error has since been admitted and the money returned, but this whole experience was inexcusable and I would advise people to use a reputable car hire company.
