    I called Reflections Window Cleaning Services and explained that I needed to have the work done quite quickly - as we were getting ready to put the house on the market. They said they would arrange for someone to give me a quote the same day and call me back. In retrospect my first mistake was to call them back when they never made contact at the time they said they would. Eventually when I called them they said they would be able to do the windows for me and made a date and time with a quote of $285.

    I took the day off work and on the morning they were due to arrive, I called to confirm their arrival time and they advised they would be there by no later than 1.15 pm. By 2.30 pm I started to worry and tried to call them but could not reach them. I tried again at least three times and eventually realised that they weren't going to turn up at all and nor were they going to take my call.

    I was left in a very difficult position with virtually no time to find anyone else... I eventually left a disgusted message on their mobile and have never heard back from them!
