    I had the opportunity to have this done towards the end of last year with Donna, and Im glad I did. I carry a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders / neck so I usually get back or neck messages and have always picked this over reflexology thinking it would be the best way to relax me.

    I couldnt have been more wrong, I left feeling AMAZING my entire body was relaxed. The atmosphere is relaxing, Donna was great and explained the whole process.
