About Reik:
Reiki is an ancient Japanese hands on healing method. It is an effective tool for Relaxation & Stress Reduction. 
Reiki complements conventional medicine as well as other natural therapies.
During the Reiki session the recipient is fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands on or just above the body.
From experience we found that two sets of hands are more effective.  Therefore each of our Reiki sessions is provided by TWO practitioners.
