Reiki - one hour consultations and certificate courses in Reiki Level 1, 2 and 3 (Mastery)

Corporate workshops in your own office environment:
- Relaxation & stress management including meditation techniques
- Team building including personal and team wellbeing.
- Conflict resolution

Courses:
Meditation and Spiritual Development held each school term. Evening and day classes

Workshops:
Women Nurturing Women - Two by one day personal well being workshops. 
Workshop One - understanding boundaries, clearing your energy & creating your space, taking the wheel, relaxation techniques including meditation, honoring ritual & ceremony in your life.
Workshop two - working positively with change, mindfulness meditation, self talk (what is your mantra), honoring ritual & ceremony in your life, relaxation & stress management techniques.

Men's Stress Management - half day workshop - de-stress and gain some clarity and direction. Practical strategies and techniques given.

Past Life workshop - half day
