very unprofessional took my 10 y.o. to get her ears pierced and they had no idea what they were doing. The staff who did it had no idea about using numbing cream for no pain and when it didn't work out they say it wasn't their fault. Very deceptive should have said they didn't know what to do instead of causing pain and a traumatic experience for a young child. They crammed four of us into a small room to do it only because I think didn't want any other staff seeing that they didn't know what to do. Very poor service.

  It is very unfortunate that your daughter had to go through such an unpleasant experience.Everything has been done by the book and the staff member is more than qualified and capable to do the piercing as they have been a trainer for over 10 years and a therapist for more than 20 years. Every so often the earnings get stuck and is not much we can do about it as it is a manufacturing problem: it doesn't happen very often but it does happen , we did not have any problems for more than 2 years and had pierced from the very young to the more mature customers every day.The staff member has been very professional and handled the situation as good as they could under the circumstances and offered all the necessary after care information and help needed.The size of the rooms is designed for one customer at the time and having"spectators" with this kind of procedure can cause more panic and stress to the child and it was their decision not us trying to hide and be deceptive.

The girls at Rejuvi are just lovely, nothing is ever too much for them. They're always up for a chat and make clients feel comfortable.

Although a little pricey, I feel that the pampering offered is worth it. I did have a problem a few months ago when I wasn't 100% happy with a leg wax - it was redone free of charge no questions asked.

I love the range of Issada mineral make up for sale here, the girls always take the time to test and colour match the product to skin type / tone.
