    The good thing about buying LivingSocial/JumpOnIt vouchers is you can get exposure to a business you might not otherwise try. This is exactly the case with Reliance, who happened to offer a deal online, right at the time we spotted German cockroach hatchlings crawling around in our microwave.

    There were some initial issues with getting phone calls returned and emails answered, but once I got in touch with Tommy it was all good. This won't be a problem once he gets himself a secretary!

    The guys were very polite, quick and thorough, and we got lucky in managing to make an appointment within 24 hours of getting in touch with them. They covered both outdoor areas and everywhere inside our unit, and as a bonus, they even did the shared rubbish room in our building.

    I was very impressed by the fact they called letting me know they were running late. These things happen, things can't be helped, but they showed real courtesy by getting in touch.

    I highly recommend them, and wish Tommy all the best for the future success of his business.

    Very satisfied with the quality service provided by this company. I have been using another pest control company for many years and decided to try Reliance Pest Management this year. The technician arrived on time (which is very rare for a tradesman), he explained the treatment process, inspected my property and treated it thoroughly. The last company i used was in and out of my home within half hour. Reliance took over an hour to do the same treatment He even treated additional areas of concern that were not included in the initial quote.
    I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but after having such a great experience with this company , i would definatley be using reliance next year and will reccomend them to anyone looking for a great pest controller.
