Address is wrong - it's nowhere near the highway, in Liamena Ave San Remo.
Friend told us that although we'd tried their burger menu and thought their food really awful, that their Chinese was good. We thought we'd give a local business a chance to prove us wrong - they failed.
Overpriced for what it is, which is food court Chinese.
In awful area you wouldn't want to visit alone.
This shop don't do EFTPOS, so had to go couple of k's to get cash up at Coles on the highway, then back to this place.
Shocked at prices - $11.80 for a main and $6.50 for a 'large' fried rice which wasn't very big and contained little other than rice (a few peas, a bit of egg, and some tiny prawns).
For that price expect something more than basic bought Chinese sauces, gluggy oversweet lemon chicken in so much batter the chicken was limp with oil, a teaspoon of 'crispy noodles' underneath that was likewise no longer crispy, and so much garlic in the blackbean sauce that the dish was inedible (and i love garlic).
The only visible vegetable aside from some peas in the rice was huge chunks of capsicum (so big it was uncooked) in the black bean dish.
We threw it all out after picking at the fried rice, then got the MSG headache to crown the night.
