I was very impressed when I visited Alison Neilson at 'Renew Osteopathy'...(Mornington).
As a first time mother, I took along my baby son for a visit, to see if she could help with a mild reflux complaint he was experiencing, which was causing discomfort, & he was bringing up his milk after feeds.
I had heard through a friend how helpful osteopathy is with young babies, and I wanted to see if a more natural approach would help with this problem which seems to be quite common. Alison was very professional, and friendly and her movements within the treatments were extremly gentle. Over a few visits, the complaint faded and he naturally grew out of it.
I would highly recommend trying 'osteopathy' with your baby.. It really does WORK!!!

I drive long hours every day and sometimes suffer from back and neck pain.I thought I
might try the new osteopath in Mornington -Renew Osteopathy and found Alison to be
really helpful. I have taken my aches and pains to physios, massage therapists and
tried all kinds of things but Alison quickly -but gently helped rid me of the sore
stiff neck I had. What was really nice was that she took the time to listen to me and
my concerns. The surroundings were very relaxing with essential oil aromatherapy and
lovely decor-just like being pampered at a day spa!

I had an injury to my lower back as a result from a go cart incident years ago which I have lived with untreated. Renew Osteopathy was recommended to me by my father in law and I thought I'd give it a go. 3 x sessions later I'm pain / strain free. I too highly recommend her services. Thank you
