    Reno Brothers - also known as RENO DESIGN. When they do return a call they are extremely unhelpful. My bathroom has been left uncompleted. A week and a half quote took over six months, and they still refuse to complete it. I would advise never to use this company, who also trade under other variations of the name RenoBrothers

    Terrible. We had the same problem. Keen as mustard, came out to our house, they couldn't wait to get started, then we never heard from them again, unless we rang them. They never returned any of our calls.

      sorry to heard about your problem at least your lucky that they didn't start the Reno as it would of been a double blow, not only is their costumer service that sucks, they also own their worker lots of money, some including us have been waiting for payments for about 7 months .
      come on RENO BROTHERS pay my husband!!!!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely terrible customer service. came to our house to look over what we needed and then boom - disappear into thin air! Despite numerous phone calls, they dont even have the courtesy to call back. So frustrating!!
