As I was waiting in line to have my dolls repaired, the clients before me complained that the doll was not done correctly- a problem with the eyes. (hmmm , was that a warning). One of my dolls for basic change was OK, but the other doll was worse off than when I left it. The gentleman told me that he has sold hundreds of dolls and they are all like that. I said, 'no they arent'. So they kept it for further time to fix. I didnt hear for another three weeks where I had to ring to find out what was happening. My doll was returned to me, with a small discount, as the doll was held for about 7 weeks and I got it no better than when I dropped it off, actually a little worse with the mechanics of the way the head and arms work. I now have to take it to Perth to have my friends doll person look at it, to make sure it is fixed. Just be aware of this place.
This place has always been a cute idea for heat broken little girls and their damaged dolls. Once your child's doll has been repaired, the shop front is always a talking point for their friends. Watch their little faces as they get told that the doll really has had an operation. The staff are friendly and patient with little girls.
