Restaurant Sojourn is a well loved and well known Modern European dining experience in Balmain. Each course has a selection of five dishes that have been painstakingly created to deliver delicious flavours that do not overpower. The 10 course degustation is Restaurant Sojourn’s drawcard, it is well timed, well portioned and the wines are well suited to each dish that is cooked to perfection. BYO is only available from Tuesday to Thursday and corkage is $10 per person.

Clearly the best restaurant on the peninsula with a classic Balmain ambience, great food and wine and staff who pitch their service just right.

Had dinner here for an anniversary and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The menu was limited but everything on it looked good. Service was great and the time in between entree and main was good as they didn't try and feed us up and get us out. Wine list is good and atmosphere was also very good for a romantic dinner. Allt he wait staff were very cheery and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs which is rare in this industry. All in all a top notch place for a special occaision
