On the day of our appointment, we called them half an hour before the scheduled time to ensure that they'd be coming and he confirmed yes they'd be coming on schedule. However, they did not show up, there were no sms messages or calls from them to say they would be late. We tried calling them several times and there was no answer, then finally when they answered they said they'd definitely be here in 15mins so we waited but no show. We called them again and this time they said with an attitude that they can't make it as they did not have the time (after making us wait about an hour)! We took time off work to be at home for them. Although we were patient with them, they were extremely rude, not apologetic and hung up on us when we said we will have to look for someone else. Why would we even want to reorganise another day for an appointment with someone who obviously lacks customer service skills and reliability? If this was their attitude even before meeting us, I dread to think how the job would go!
