We have recently implemented a retail sales assessment project for our staff with the guidance of Bryan Young, who gave us tremendous support. After carefully discussing our plan of attack, we were able to involve our staff in this process and create a target and set goals. Bryan provided us with a good understanding of what is expected from staff, especially during the Christmas period and gave us great tips and ideas on how to achieve our goals. It has made us realise that it doesn't matter how good you might be at doing your own job, it is of high importance to guide and train your staff so they reach their goals and continue to improve. By implementing this project, we were able to reach our target and exceeded all the different sales aspects of our business.

We highly recommend anybody to take up this opportunity, not only to improve their own business, but also to improve others involved and to realise what can be achieved.
