Rezz formerly known as the New Reservoir Hotel is nestled in the foot of the Adelaide hills adjacent to the Thorndon Park is under new operators. 
Rezz offers great facilities of four fully refurbished Accommodation rooms all with foxtel/internet, mini bar and includes continental breakfast. 

The Bistro seating up to 100 people serves the best dishes Adelaide has on offer under the expertise of Chef Gianni Naurato's and his team all matched with exceptional personalized service, superb wine list, and live entertainment every Friday night. 

Rezz bar has a large selection of local and imported beers and beverages, TAB all in a relaxing atmosphere also with live entertainment every Friday night by some of Adelaide's best known bands. 

A function room seating up to 48 people offers great flexibility for personalized set ups, suitable for private dinners, birthdays, business functions, club meetings, training seminars and the likes. Contact us for a function package on admin@rezz.com.au 

Our gaming lounge offers 33 great machines with bar and lounge areas and is open late hours. 

The Bottle shop situated on Gorge road compliments the venue's offer with a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits.

    What the family owners have done to the hotel since re-taking over the day to day running a couple of years or so ago has been nothing short of amazing.
    The bistro is improved, the whole place re-built and re-modelled and the new cafe/dining area is a great place to drop in for a casual meal with a group of friends or family. Even got a playground for the kids.
    The food is good and tasty and people are now enjoying the place.
    Such a change from a few years ago.
    If you haven't tried it because you remember the old days, think again. It will be worth it.

    When we took the time to visit the newly named Rezz we were very disappointed to the changes they had made to this iconic hotel. The old cafe dining style area which had booths was gone :( now replaced by a boring large open dining area, which had plain cement floors.
    We decided to give the Moroccan Lamb a try and it was not great. The food was quite pricey for hotel fair, and it could have been so much better.
    Overall, there much better hotels in the area to have a meal in.
    We wont be returning.
