    We got Richard to quote on our job in Mitchelton after seeing his ad in the local paper.
    Our job was quite large and included multiple retaining walls on all property boundaries up to 2m in height and large scale excavation and fill.
    Richard came out at the arranged time, and as per the previous review was very patient and helpful and suggested a number of different options/solutions when we described what we wanted to accomplish with our landscaping project, which was much more than could be said for some other tradesmen we talked to. He was also prepared to quote on various options to allow us to work out what would fit within our budget, which was appreciated given we had several iterations before our final solution was worked out. Whilst his quote was not the cheapest we received, it was comprehensive and included considerations up front for what would have been hidden costs/variations with other quotes.
    Richard also quoted on landscaping work for our neighbour to allow us to complete both of our projects concurrently and save some costs on the overall project.
    During the construction phase Richard kept us well informed of progress and any potential issues. The other contractors (eg. earthmoving contractor - Terry) he used were first rate, and we have subsequently used Terry again.
    One thing that impressed us was how the site was left clean, tidy and safe after each days work.
    We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard for any future work, and can validate that he meets his business motto of "quality work completed on time".

    Richard standard of workmanship was excellent. He was very patient and helpful suggesting options that increased functionality of the space. Coordination of the other trades was also undertaken without fuss. Richard turned up when he said that he was going to and kept us informed at every step of the way.
