    I have held a number of corporate functions and private parties at this venue and have always found the service to be first class. The kitchen, bar and "bowls host" staff are exceptional at making sure everyone has a good time, both on and off the bowling green. For people who haven't done lawn bowling before, it is a perfect place to try it out and socialise with friends, colleagues or clients. There is a relaxed and lively atmosphere with a sensational bar selection, (with great prices). And the food is sensational (eg. Castricum Bros premium steaks for $15 some nights)! Only criticism ... it is becomming very popular and hard to get into in December and November. Highly recommend this for a fun and inexpensive social activity.
