I recently had car serviced at RICKS WHEEL ALIGNMENT/TYRE SERVICE , as lady was treated by gentlemen staff with utmost respect, felt welcomed, premises user friendly, car serviced promptly, exactly as requested, car ready at time I specified, every detail of work carried out done and described in way i could understand, prices exceptional as was service, car now running beautifully-highly recommend -would never go anywhere else

I went to this mob to get two sets of tyres fitted and wheel aligned after reading a recommendation on a VW forum. In hindsight, it was a huge mistake to go there. The staff was friendly but the management is rude and arrogant with no care for their customers. They also seems to charge a different amount despite giving a quote over the phone. Both of my cars came back with incorrect alignment and vibration through the steering wheel. I took both back to them and they were rude and told me they don't have time for this (despite the place being almost empty). I told them i spoke to someone this morning and was told to bring it in. I was told to wait because they are flat out. Then the entire team went to just bludge and smoke cigarettes. Despite the repeated attempt, the car still drifts to the left a lot at motorway speed and there is still vibration on both cars. I didn't bother going back to get it rectified because they don't seem to know how and care. In short, they are rude and incompetent. Seems like tyre fitting and wheel alignment are all they do and they can't even get that right. Hopeless mob
